WITH THE BUS
Bus straight from San Jose:
From the Coca Cola terminal there are two or three buses a day and you can catch the direct bus to Mal Pais/
Santa Teresa. It costs around $ 10 and you don't have to change busses. Get off the
bus at the final destination in Santa Teresa, make a short walk north and Cuesta
Arriba is on the right hand side.
Alternatively:
Take a bus from the bus terminal at Avd 12, Calle 16 to Puntarenas which departs every 40 min or so.
Then cross the Nicoya Gulf on the ferry to Paquera where you 
can enjoy a beautiful scenery for 1 1/2 h and then
take the bus from Paquera to Cobano - Santa Teresa.
WITH THE CAR
From San Jose drive on to the Interamericana to Puntarenas (120 kms) where you can take the ferry to Paquera
(first ferry in the morning at 4:30 am, then every two hours until 10:00 pm).
From Paquera there is only one road to Santa Teresa that goes through Cobano. We are located 3 km north from the intersection of Mal Pais/Santa Teresa.
